Gastro-cocktails and good food in one place.

Located in the heart of the center, between Recoletos and Alonso Martínez, Le Cabrera was the first gastro-cocktail bar in the capital, opened five years ago. Since its opening it has never stopped working as well as the first day, especially the mixed drinks part, which became a must-see event in Madrid nightlife.. The cocktail bar, which he started and designed for the most part Diego Cabrera, is the great success of this space.

Little by little, gastronomy has been gaining importance to the point of reaching the quality of its cocktails, turning Le Cabrera into un must  of the afterworks and nights of Madrid.

The premises have two floors with two different environments. The upper floor, composed of an L-shaped bar with capacity for 15 people, ideal for snacking while enjoying the company of your friends, and an island for 12 people which can be reserved for dinners, lunches or cocktails. The bottom part, atmosphere chill out With sofas and tables, it is aimed at having a drink after eating, although you can also order anything on the menu without problem.

We enjoyed a tasting menu ad hoc, from which we came away delighted, composed of the following:

  • Scallop tacos with citrus and chive emulsion. Mexican presentation and Mediterranean flavors, perfect combination.
  • Artichokes with truffle and sofa liver. Personally, the best of the menu. Delicious for its mix of flavors. The presentation and preparation is extraordinary. They prepare it in front of you!
  • Paninis red mullet with green apple. It is important to ask for the fish to be cooked to perfection, because if it is overcooked, the contrast of flavors will not be correct.
  • Fresh grilled squid with smoked chorizo and ricotta cheese.
  • Slider bun sata duck and pickled cucumber. For spicy lovers.
  • Chocolate 3 textures.
  • Strawberry, white chocolate and licorice. Reminds you of childhood with the smell of a bag of candy. Highly recommended for those with a sweet tooth.
