The first thing we would like to point out is the Impeccable treatment by the commitment, charming, friendly, and attentive at all times. Regarding food, they recommended we try some of their hummus, and we opted for the avocado hummus, as well as the Beetroot hummus. Both very rich and mild in flavor, although our favorite was the avocado.
As for the main course, on the one hand, we ordered, melon ingot soaked in ham broth, smoked white garlic cream and ham salt, with roasted potatoes with green mojo and ñora aioli and… red lentil burger, creamy mint and onion. Simply spectacular, a explosion of flavors unbeatable that leaves no one indifferent, and we recommend everyone try the burger, without the need for you to be vegetarian or vegan, because you will love it for sure.

The other main dish was spinach salad with goat cheese, strawberries, mango emulsion and pistachios with Iberian secret with mustard on a bed of apple and arugula and whole wheat pasta salad with natural tomato, basil and black olive. We loved the combination of ingredients, although we thought the flavor of the goat cheese was a little strong.

As for the choice of dessert… carrot cake! We know that the ones that mothers make are very delicious, but this one is on another level. home brewing and with a simple presentation, in which the taste and quality of its ingredients.
