V International Magic Festival
El Circus theater Price welcomes the V International Magic Festival from March 5 to April 5. During this fifth edition you will be able to be amazed by the best magicians in the world and with a magical master of ceremonies: Jorge Blass.
«magic time« It is the star event of this edition. An illusion show where magic merges with theater, music, humor and the circus. Magicians who play with time and are able to rewind or accelerate while objects appear and disappear, who make music with the cards... But it's not all concentration because in this festival there is also room for laughter and we can exercise our cheeks with the world champions of comic magic. And for history lovers, a historical magic show in which you will go back in time: The Tree of Life.
A style of magic that could not be missing at this festival «close up magic» where you can enjoy the magic intimately and at close distances. Only an audience of 100 people will be delighted with tricks of card magic, micromagic and other specialties.
The magicians participating in the festival are:
- Hun Lee (Korea) Play with time, speeding up and rewinding as objects appear and disappear in incredible ways. Winner and Audience Award at the 2014 International Brotherhood of Magicians Convention.
- topaz (Germany) Combines music with magic, one of the most creative and surprising magicians in recent years, Magician of the year in 2011 by the Academy of Magical Arts.
- Marcel Kalisvaart (Holland) The great revolution at the last World Magic Congress with its great unpublished illusions and its dramatized magic with 8 artists on stage.
- Double Sword (Belgium) World Champions of comic magic, they combine magic with other circus and theatrical arts.
- Jorge Blass (Spain) The popular and prestigious Spanish magician, Golden Magic Wand in Monte Carlo and Siegfried & Roy Prize in Las Vegas, will perform “The Tree of Life”, a historical magic from the 19th century with an automaton by Robert Houdin.
- Dereck del Gaudio (USA) Considered one of the best and most innovative card magicians, awarded in 2011 and 2012 as the best close-up magician in the world.
- Woody Aragon (Spain) Interactive and very participatory magic, it has several international awards and the “Magic Academy Award” for the best magic book.
- Agnes (Spain) Magician specializing in micromagic, our most international magician, dynamic and very close to the public.
- Diego & Elena (Spain) They will provide interludes of great visual beauty with their aerial acrobatics, fusing magic with the circus.
